I have a vocation to help people wake up to the benefits of being present in their body as much of the time as possible. I’m not alone in this many people do this, they work in the field of mind and body awareness, which means there’s loads of great techniques available to assist you in keeping your consciousness in your body. If I was a Shaman I might say it’s about singing your soul back home or bringing your spirit into your body in order that you feel safe and at home as you meander your way around your life!

I teach and facilitate healing but I think the most useful thing that I do is to practice mindfulness in the body & in life; that way the energy of mindfulness permeates out to everyone. I am not a master at this but I believe that it’s something that we can all achieve – with just a little perseverance and kindness.
